Windows 10 64 bit

Can the system support the ati radeon hd 4350?

while the compaq 8200  system can support the radeon hd 4350, the video card maker (AMD/ATI) has and will not be releasing a windows 10 compatable driver as such only XP through win 7 are supported

My concern was about the power, as i power 2 hdd.

Is there a posabillity that windows 10 can use some own drivers for the card? If yes, will there be some improovement insted of using the on board chip?

installing the ATI card is POINTLESS, as there are no windows 10 drivers and the win 7 drivers will not work under win 10

as such the card will have no 3d accel and be unable to change resoultion/colors above1024/768 1280/1024

replace the card,  a nvidia gtx280 or above will have win 10 drivers and is quite cheap used
