need part number for HDMI option board for HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Tower

I recently bought a refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Tower which currently has a third DP port but I want to replace it with a HDMI port. ebay has several boards that seem to be the right one but I would like to get the part number just to verify.

I looked on the partsurfer but did not find it there.

c06039478 - Maintenance and Service Guide lists all the optional boards but does not provide any part numbers.
