Hello, 

 

do you have a Idea what is wrong?
Device has no internal changes.
I tried different power-supply.

 

problem: 

no more white fron LED.
only yellow constant led at mainboard
no audio code / black screen
no fan/no sound

draft next step:
clean boot, other memory module, no hdd
