please i wanna know if intel xeon 5660 can work on my pc z200 workstation ?

Sorry, I believe it cannot. According to HP Z200 Workstation Product Specifications, it has LGA 1156 processor socket. While Intel Xeon Processor X5660 supports FCLGA1366 socket only. See  Intel document.

The above mentioned HP document lists the following processors you can use with your workstation:

Intel Xeon X3470

Intel Xeon X3460

Intel Xeon X3450

Intel Xeon X3440

Intel Xeon X3430

Intel Core i5-670

Intel Core i5-660

Intel Core i5-650

Intel Core i3-540

Intel Core i3-530

Intel Pentium G6950

Intel Celeron G1101
