HP inc,.....this site does not make or support servers for that you will need to contact HP Enterprise a completely different company (HP split into two companies many years ago)

you listed error says that the usb device connected to Media 0 has a bad (unuseable) block and needs repair (reformatting) or replacement

 

some servers have a internal USB Key used to hold specific software the server needs to run so check first before removing or replacing it

 

 

to ask for support you will need to have the full server model number weather you post in the forums or ask HPE support

 

simply saying you have a ML350 will not do.........ML350 G3 is a example of a correct model/series
