Hi @flourezcente,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

When you need replacement screws for your device, the best approach is to refer to the HP maintenance and service guide for your specific model.

These guides usually provide the specifications for parts, including screws.

Here are steps you can take to address your issue:

Check the Service Manual: The service manual for your specific HP model typically lists the necessary components and parts, including screws, along with their specifications and HP part numbers. You can often download this from the HP Support website.

Contact HP Support: If you are unable to find the exact specifications or part numbers, contacting HP Support might be helpful. They can provide you with information on the exact screw specifications or direct you to where you can purchase them.

Purchase from Authorized Dealers: Once you have the specifications, you can purchase replacement screws from authorized HP parts dealers or computer hardware stores. Ensure you get the exact size and type specified in the service manual to avoid any issues with fit or stability.

Without the specific specifications or part number from the service manual or HP Support, it isn't easy to provide the exact screw details offhand, but these resources should guide you effectively.

Hope it helps.

Take care and have a good day.
