Use google to search for HP 280 G3 Microtower Business PC power supply.

Yours has two available, a 180W version and a 310W version. I'd only get the 310W version. See your HP 280 G3 Microtower Business PC power QuickSpecs attached below. You can search in there for power supply to see added details.

I presume you will find one in your region that will ship to you. These are made for HP to high standards in China, and I'd not hesitate to have one shipped from China as long as it is for your HP computer.

EDIT: From google:

  • Universal Power Supplies:
Many PSUs, especially those for desktops and laptops, are designed to handle a wide range of input voltages, typically 100-240V, and frequencies, typically 50-60Hz.
  • Automatic Voltage Detection:
These PSUs automatically detect the input voltage and adjust their internal circuitry accordingly, eliminating the need for manual switching or voltage converters.
  • Power Cable Compatibility:
The only thing you might need to change is the power cable (the plug that connects to the wall outlet) to match the plug type of the country you're in.
  • Manual Voltage Switch (Older Models):
Older PSUs might have a physical switch on the back to select between 110V and 220V, but this is less common in modern PSUs.
