Hi @mirko203

According to the specifications, this model does not support intel Xeon. It has a Chipset Q65

HP Compaq 6200 Pro Series

Intel® Q65 Express Chipset

Hi, @mirko203

The Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1270 v2 is an Ivy Bridge processor and your PC can only support the Sandy Bridge processors.

Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1270 v2

Some folks have installed the Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1270 in the 8200 Elite which is basically the same model as yours but doesn't support RAID.

You can look at this link which has reports of over 1,600 6200 Pro SFF configurations for the various processors that you may be able to install.

Some reports not offered by HP in the model series include the i7-2700K and the E3-1270.
