what HP, Intel or AMD tools let me do out-of-band management of end user devices?

I want to test AMD's and Intel's out-of-band management capabilities. What HP tools should I use?

DGroves -- I understand that. For this test, since we have mostly HP devices, want to focus on testing OOBM capabilities ideally using either Intel/AMD tools or HP tools. I'm trying to not use management platforms such as Intune.

the statement that other people also make tools like this besides HP means that

is just that,..................... links skewed to showing all of the HP oriented mgmt. tools

I did. I see several sponsored tools, an HP white paper published in 2014, another from 2012, and some REDDIT conversations that are at least two years old or some that only focus on vPro. What am I missing?
