Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Adapter Battery Optimizer is Enabled/NOT ACTIVATED.  My computer is days old and the Battery is Hot, airplane mode keeps coming on...   IT IS SO HOT, I CANT TOUCH IT.  I need help before it explodes.  It cannot be good for my computer !  I have run the battery status and it says normal.  The advanced information says:  Adapter battery optimizer is activated/not enabled?    I am not a TECH PERSON....so I have help I can get from a REAL EXPERT...but cant get past What is the code for your Country for the United States.   Can anyone help me finding the code for the United States. ?
