I've been trying to update my TPM to 2.0 and i keep getting useless info and i was hoping someone could give me a proper link to a file or anything, going to the drivers page and searching my product doesn't show any TPM file. I just don't know where to start at this point.

Greetings @NotBacoTell
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Microsoft requires qualified processors and TPM 2.0 support to install W11.
Your PC's MB would need a TPM 2.0 capable processor.
@Paul_Tikkanen can assist if you want to update to W11 on a PC having unsupported hardware.

Greetings @NotBacoTell
My understanding is the PC will get W11 security updates using the current version installed on your PC.
A new W11 version update, provided by Microsoft annually, would have to be installed from scratch.
I'm running W10 on some PCs. I like W10.
I'm planning on doing the W10 extended one year support option which will be offered by Microsoft at the end of this year.

If you are happy with your PC, and if you are interested in doing an in-place upgrade from W10 to W11 24H2 on your PC as is, watch this video, which is the easiest way to do it in my opinion, and I have used several different ways to do this during the last 3 years.
How to Install Windows 11 on Unsupported PC in 2025 (New Easiest Method, No CMD)
Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.
You'll have to repeat this procedure if and when Microsoft rolls out the new W11 builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
They have been releasing new W11 builds each October so far.
Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.
That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.
If things don't work right on W11, you have 10 days to easily go back to W10 as long as you don't delete the W1 upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.

Regarding updating the TPM 1.2 security device to 2.0:
I don't think it is as simple as we would hope it is as I see many posts regarding this subject with no definite solutions.
Even if you do update the TPM to 2.0, your PC still won't meet Microsoft's minimum W11 processor requirements and there aren't any W11 processors you can install in your PC.

Greetings @NotBacoTell
To add to my previous response:
My W10 PCs can run W11.
I have disabled TPM 2.0 BIOS support to stop a W11 update.
