Product: Hp Compaq elite 8300 mt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have this pc with an i3 3220, I want to upgrade it by buying these pieces, they are compatible? 

For the power supply it is not a problem, I will use an external psu through the converter.

Sorry for the grammatical errors, I'm not native speakers

Per HP specs:

Intel 2nd & 3rd Generation Core i3, i5, i7 Processors (the xeon e3-1240 v2 is not compatible with this system)

fastest cpu is  the i7 3770, but you might want to consider the "s" model which is a low power model (draws less watts)

 

i7 3770s is preferred over the 3770 (note the "S") in the model name
