Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
My system HP z440 encounter issue with blue screen of death.
memory dump stop: 0x00000050 (0xc3717000,0x00000001, 0x82e4c210,0x00000000)
Anyone cold advice what could be the issue.

blue screens can be caused by hardware or drivers, or software applications or virus's
due to this it's recomended non skilled users simply backup their data and do a "CLEAN" full reinstall of windows if the steps below do not help

Hi, thanks for the advice.
We did clean full reinstall and after a few days the blue screen appeared again.
I suspect that it could due to the update in Windows that may have cause the system to fail.
Please advice if we can retrieve any log to determine which is the latest update that may have caus ethe system to failed
