环境简介

MCU：RMX 1000

终端：HDX 8006、HDX9004解压

HDX 8006和HDX9004的系统版本分别为3.0.3 和2.5.0

 

故障描述

通过RMX1000设备，加入终端HDX8006和HDX9004。近端画面和远端画面正常显示。HDX9004本地发双流的时候，远端HDX8006显示的双流图像为：双流的上下两端的被切掉，无显示。

排障步骤

1. 检查远端HDX8006的显示设备的画面设置情况，由原来的16:9改成4:3画面，问题未解决。

2. 避开MCU的，直接终端HDX8006和HDX9004进行点对点呼叫，发双流，双流的效果正常，初步判定是RMX1000的设置影响了双流画面效果。

3. 检查RMX 1000的第一路视频视频定义的显示比例为16:9。后面通过修改模板把第一视频定义显示模式为4:3，然后再把两个终端拉进MCU，双流的画面显示正常。

4. 终端的有个设置也是关于双流的显示模式。

终端HDX8006的的监视器3的内容视频调整“拉伸”，后面改成“无”，MCU 1000的模板还是16:9的情况下，双流画面显示也正常。

 

总结：

关于双流画面显示不正常的情况，首先检查显示设备的菜单。

再检查终端双流监视器3的设置。

最后检测MCU的设置。
