Hi
We installed the CMA server on one of our customer place. At present customer not having a Firewall and customer is planning to implement the firewall on network. Customer is ready to provide a NAT Public IP address to our CMA server.
Could someone suggest CMA server works on NATed public IP? And it's work on NAT IP plz share the firewall port’s details

The CMA does not support NAT, either Public or Private. This means natively the CMA will not alter the IP address so the other end knows to route to the Public IP address instead of the private IP address of the CMA.
What you could do is have your firewall NAT device do what Cisco calls H323 fixup. The firewall would need to be smart enough to be able to replace the private CMA IP address in the IP headers but also in the 323 payload as well. Typically firewalls do not do the latter which is why sometimes you see one way video.
