Hi There,

 

Do you know how is possible to activate/upgrade/add the G722.1c codec in a Polycom MGC-25 with MCU 8.0.0.27 version and MCMS 8.0.0.128 version?

 

Every time that i try to do a connection (via RDSI) with a couple of persons, the comunication its established in H.320 and H264 is the video codec and I see the other side OK but... the audio is a complete chaos and I think that the reason is the G722.1c.

 

So.... any idea how can I submit this codec in version.txt or system.cfg?
