Is it possible to display subscriber data in 2 lines

Have a good time, everyone.
A Polycom RMX 2000 device with an MPM-xD card is available.
Firmware version 8.2.
I have a question:
1. Is it possible to display subscriber data in 2 lines, what needs to be configured and how to do this?
2. Is it possible to set up automatic font adjustment in order to accommodate the data if it does not fit into the overall conference setup?

The polycom serial number in the RMX manager says that this is the number "CR2190613020" , the same number is printed on the hardware tag. but when registering, he writes that this product does not exist.

Therefore, it is not possible to register.
