G7500

It has a problem with the time and date to poly G7500 with the time zone. it is 20 min ahead with the time zone, ia have done all updates in all devices because i have and poly director II. do you have any idea why this happend

I’m sorry to hear about the time-related issue you’re experiencing with the G7500. I understand how crucial it is for the unit to function properly, and I truly appreciate your patience. To help resolve this, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
 

  1. Log in to the G7500's web interface.
  2. Navigate to General Settings > Date and Time.
  3. Verify the time zone settings. If the time zone is incorrect, kindly select Manual and adjust the time according to your correct time zone.

Additionally, I recommend checking with your service provider regarding the time server settings for Zoom or Microsoft Teams to ensure they are properly synced.
