Some details on the issues I faced just to locate the release notes today:

• I've seen the post regarding Poly Clariti Manager Version 10.12 has been released, unfortunately without a link (or attachment) to the release notes...
• I spent too many hours today attempting for the 3rd time since the merger to access needed links.
• I cannot find any Clariti Manager / RPRM 10.12.x documentation or data AT ALL for any version on HP's sites, links, and overly complex "support" portals. It does not even come up as a product:

  

* Via the link on the above forum post saying "...have a look at the Poly Clariti Product Support Page for details. Select the Software Tab for access to the current downloads," There are 2 Software "tabs" or buttons. First one only offers Poly Lens as an option, 2nd one does not work.

** Attempting to use the "Identify your product for manuals and specific product information" method lists mostly phone/endpoint units and only 2 entries for Software, both Poly Lens.

That is on top of always having difficulties trying to open a case for any Poly,  Clariti Manager or endpoint, support.

I really hope HP figures this out soon....
