Hi,

I'm new to polycom environment,  I need to develop a realtime dashboard of  our polycom unit ( mostly VSX6000,7000, 8000)

 

I try the SNMP protocol but sometimes I received the receiver's trap  before the caller's trap...  is there any  way inside the  trap  to identify who call  and who answered?

Probably the SNMP  protoocol  is not the solution ( I said realtime but 1/2 min latency should be fine) is there any other way?
