Good morning,

We are currently utilizing Polycom RealPresence Desktop with Polycom Codec based conferencing rooms. With that, we have well over 100 purchased licenses. We purchase keys good for five installations.

 

As we progress and add to the list, I am curious to see if there is any lincense managing through Polycom. Because we have over 3,000 employees, it's often that we are replacing or repairing devices. From my understanding, once the license activation is used five times, it becomes in active. Are we able to register this by user with intergration in Active Directory, email, or just a form of active/revoke/reissue system?

 

Any information is appreciated!

Hi,

 

Where are you doing video conferences?

 

You will not have any problems with the Polycom Clariti licensing.
