Hi All,

 

What we are facing is that we register our all EP over CMA 5000 and also enabled the provisining service on EP side now whenever we try to access one of the EP from web it prompt for login id and password.

 

Can anyone get me out to this issue??

Admin > Dial Plan and Sites > Sites (highlight one) > Edit Site Provisioning Details > Security Settings > Use Room Password for Remote Access (uncheck)

Also check 'Remote Access Password' being void in the mentioned page as well as in Scheduled Profile (if used).

now we are removed CMA component to our video part arter that the all EP is showing that it been all yet resisterted with CMA through provising services.how can i dissengage all of them from the same to get back to the EP settings.
