Hey all,

 

In our organisation we have several Poly codecs.

Group 500, Group 310 and G7500

 

Since a week or 3 the provisioning services goes random offline, and not all at one but at random.

We have 10 VC rooms, and 6 codecs goes offline (that I know of)

 

The service goes offline for several minutes and comes back online again without any action.

We have a Palo Alto firewall.

 

When the service is online, eveything works well when te service goes offline screen sharing is not posible.

 

Any one a answer?

Hello Joepverboven, welcome to the HP Poly community.
This is to inform you that there might be a blockage in the network, hence I would recommend you check with the Palo Alto firewall for network blockage of the devices mentioned. Also please verify with the network team who manages the network.
