Anyone successfully integrated a RMX 1500 with Microsoft Lync 2013 On-Line ?

 

This is the version of Lync 2013 where Microsoft host the Lync server systems in their own data centres. There is no Lync server infrastructure on the customer site.

 

Reading through the RMX installation instructions there is mention of adding a trusted application pool for the RMX

Is this permitted on a Lync 2013 hosted solution?

HP Recommended

Integration with Lync Onlne is not supported or tested with the RMX product line. The recommeded support model is to create some Lync servers on-prem and federate this deployment with the Lync Onlne deployment. Then you would integrate the RMX to the on-prem Lync deployment as documented.
