Trio VisualPro

We have a Mersive Solstice Pod connected to the Visual Pro HDMI (port 2, port 1 is used by our Eagle Eye HDCI camera). We use the Mersive to connect our laptops as content through airplay and through the Visual pro to our screen (user-controlled by the paired Trio 8800).

But we are seeing that when we connect our laptops through mersive, the output resolution that we get on our screen is only upto 1400x900 and not the native 1920x1080. The mersive can handle upto 4Kp60 and the visualpro can handle 1080p so I cannot understand why are we not getting at least 1080p screen resolution?

I tried connecting the mersive directly to the screen and I can get 4K when using airplay then, so there's no issue with the Mersive or the connections (all cables are at least hdmi 2.0 compatible).

Any thoughts on how to debug further or ideas on how to fix? Thanks very much!
