While downloading full backup from DMA, getting error "The File Could not be downloaded"

Hello,

I have an issue with DMA in version 6.4.1. When I trie to download the full backup, I have this message : The file could not be downloaded"

No problem to backup configuration file but it's a small size

Full backup size is 4Gb

PI : In this DMA, there was disk 1 defect. Even after changing it and reboot DMA, we have always this error.

Hi,

4GB sounds very high and could be the problem, especially if you are using IE. Try to configure the settings to not retain as much data. The default setting of verbose also should be changed to production to reduce the amount of data being collected in the logs.
