Product: Outlook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a problem with Microsoft Outlook. For some reason, the program crashes frequently when I am opening OST extension file. So I am looking for another OST opening programs.

 

Could you recommend a good one? Thanks in advance!

If Outlook stops responding at a screen that says "Processing," you can close Outlook, start it in safe mode, then close it and open it normally to fix the problem. - Close Outlook. - Launch Outlook in safe mode by choosing one of the following options. In Windows 8, on the Apps menu, choose Run, type Outlook /safe, and then choose OK. - Close Outlook, and then open it normally Also you can try open your file with the help of OST Open File Tool
