 I understand that HP does not want to support or update photo creations, but it would be nice  if they could have left the software in place that we had.

I don't understand why HP Photo Creations was discontinued and made unusable without any notice whatsoever. They don't even offer an alternative option? I am never buying HP again. They obviously do not care about their customers.

Since you don't have the intelligence to have software to use your own dam product I guess its time for a new printer and you can be dam sure it will not be a HP. STUPID decision by someone
