Can't enter my computer

So i keep gitting sent to the blue automatic repair screen and i tried everything even resetting it but nothing is working it says i need more space to reset but i can't evan get into the computer to free up space i tried like every comand prompt i could find but none of it worked. SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO
