FTP Downloads fail

Your FTP.HP.COM site is dropping large file downloads.

I am trying to download HP Device Manager 4.7sp9 which is 700meg and it fails both internally and on

the public internet.  We have downloaded other files from 100k to about 300meg , its seems to fail for

files over 300meg.

Tried chrome, inet explorer 11 and firefox all fail.

Had our corporate network team do a trace and HP is dropping the network connection.

I have seen other posts about ftp failing but no resolution.

HP please test and help.

Please share the "path" to the file (folder names) and the name of the file.

Try downloading the file using http or https.

They should attempt to download via

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Software/4.7/HP_Device_Manager-4.7SP9.zip

or 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Software/4.7/HP_Device_Manager-4.7SP9.zip

According to the orginal post the user was attempting to download Device Manager 4.7 SP9.

Moments ago, I had no problem downloading that file, via Internet Explorer:

    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Software/4.7/HP_Device_Manager-4.7SP9.zip

Here's a screen-capture of my Internet connection, during the download.

Download up to 20 Mbits/second

No problem at all, at least when I tried.
