Sitescope
Microsoft Windows Server 2008

I am a MSSQL Server DBA. We have implemented Sitescope monitoring to monitor the health of the SQL Server databases supported by us. The sitescope monitors the SQL Jobs  as well. As per our understanding Sitescope generates only one Job failure alert per SQL Instance. It will not generate another alert for any of the other job failed on the same SQL instance until the first alert is closed.

For eg: If we have 5 jobs on the SQL instance and 3 of those are failing then we are getting only one alert/incident in our ticketing tool. I want sitescope to generate 3 alerts/incidents for each job.

Kindly provide your expert advice on this issue.
