Product: HP envy 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had a problem with IDT high definition audio CODEC for a while now, and somehow a miracle has happened and the installation didn't fail!

but I can't find anywhere on this forum where I can download the "HP Beats Audio Control Panel".

 

please can someone help me find a link!!!

Hi,

 

Did you upgrade/downgrade your computer ? Pleae try the following OSD software

 

              http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55152.exe

 

Hope this helps. Note: I believe before Windows 10, Apple bought Beats and you can see why all new HP machines now don't have Beats.
