Customer is not able to change the Windows Password when the HP Client is installed. It gives the error stating " Password does not meet the criteria ".

But when HP client is uninstalled the customer is able to change the password and there is no error.

Hi,

what do you mean with HP Client? If you are referring to the Client Management Solution, they are a configurable set of tools made for commercial customers. Therefore if you are having issues with the tools you should refer to the System Administrator of your company. These tools are not intended for end users.

If you are a commercial customer, please contact the HP commercial support. The community can't help with commercial system administration tools.

Best regards
