I have started working with a new company which uses HP Connected Backup to backup our business laptops.
Trying to find information on common errors and fixes has so far proved impossible. Is anyone aware of a specific message board, support site, email address etc where information and support can be found?
Currently I am investigating a 2 x re-occuring errors: -
CompoundFileAnalyzer has stopped working
Cannot connect to Agent service - The Agent cannot communicate with its background service. Be sure that the AgentService is running and that no antivirus software setting, firewall setting, or network setting is blocking port 16386.
I have found that these errors can be sometimes be resolved by simply rebooting. On others I need to re-install the agent but on a few there appears to be no resolution other than re-imaging the laptop.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
