ProBook 4540s
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Spectre/360 died and had to go back to HP. I am using my old ProBook in the meantime. I run the Connected Backup/PC Agent to back up my files. When it attempts to run it gets an error message that the PC is not recognized by the data center. I have been absolutely unable to find any support to help me despite being routed to multiple phone #s and different entities. Does anyone know where an individual used of this program can get support? HP acquired this product with the Autonomy deal. Do they still own it? 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. It's a bit disconcerting to be relying on an organization to back up your data and not know how to get support when there is an issue. There is zero contact info that I can find in the SW on my laptop. Thanks.
