Suddenly i am unable to execute any task via HPDM before it was working but now none of task is accepting stuck on status sending even nothing showing any error even gateway log level already set to ERROR:
Even tried with different clients of different networks, still same result.
What could be possibilities of this error ?

If this is happening to all your thin clients I would suggest you restart HPDM Server service and then restart the HPDM Gateway.
If that doesn't help further troubleshooting will be necessary. For that, I need to know which service pack of HPDM 4.7 are you using (you can see it from the Console title). And maybe some other steps to check connectivity.
