HP Device Manager - Cannot Connect to the HPDM Gateway after SP Upgrade

Product: HP Device Manager 4.7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older
Hi All,
I have an issue after upgrading my HP Device Manager 4.7 from SP 5 to SP 10 running on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. The updagrade went successfully, and I rebooted the server. After the upgrade, I noticed right away that my HPDM Gateway Version 4.7.3630.25570 is outdated. I also notices that every tasks will stuck in Waiting to connect to HPDM Gateway, and will retry every 60 seconds.
I am not sure what is going wrong, as I could not update the HPDM Gatewat Version. If I right click on HPDM Gateway and select Update, it will stuck in Waiting to connect to HPDM Gateway.
