HP Recommended
Product: HP Device manager 4.7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012

I have a problem with a template in HP Device Manager 4.7.

The template is greyed out if you try to open it you get the message template is not in an available status.

Anyone any idea how to fix this ?
