Hi,

I have been running HP Image Assistant silently in task sequence. It's have been working very well but in this week it started to fail.

 

Logs says HP Image Assistant is trying to install Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver (Windows 10) SP91459 (Version 1.5.1012.3) but it's failing and reason is installation timed out. I noticed that this driver is also not the latest version.

Greetings!!

 

I would suggest you to uninstall HP Image assistant.

 

And then install the following Realtek Bluetooth Driver:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95501-96000/sp95655.exe

 

And then install HP Image Assistant from below link:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96412.exe

Hi,

 

Ok

 

I was running HP Image Assistant silently in SCCM task sequence. So i'm not able to do task you suggests.

 

Anyway it started working again and now HP Image Assistant installs silently in task sequence needed drivers. Now it installs newer Bluetooth driver without time out.
