Product: Scanjet 3000 s3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed OK and tested under domain admin account OK  Login as standard doamin users and get HP Scanjet S3000 s3.png

How can we override the setting allow local use of the device?

Lastest firmware: 3.36

Software: 41.3.2186
