Each time I launch Internet Explorer I am getting an error that appears to be coming from HP Sure Click. The error reads:
"The ordinal 8922 could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\wwlib.dll"
From the error it looks like Sure Click is looking for wwlib.dll in the Program Files (x86) folder. That .dll is not in that folder. The .dll is in folder c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\roo\office15. The PC has Microsoft Office Home & Business 2013 installed in that folder.
I have tried removing and reinstalling HP Sure Click but still get the same error.
Can anyone help me get past this error?

Hello
could you provide more info about your environment, such as:
Windows 10 version: 19H1, 1809, 1803, ....
Which HP Sure Click version and softpaq used to install it. is it sp98208.exe of July 2019 ?
searching in Internet , I find same kind of error for other appilcation, and someone suggest to try to re-install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
bye

Hello,
The PC I'm trying to install HP Sure Click on is a brand new HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Desktop Mini PC. It was running Windows 10 Pro v1803 when I first booted it. Windows Updates has since installed version 1903 of Windows 10 Pro.
I believe that I started getting the Sure Click error after I installed Microsoft Office Home & Business 2013 on the device.
I tried reinstalling Sure Click. I removed it from the device. Then I downloaded the softpaq from HP's web site and installed it. The Softpaq is listed on HP's site as 4.1.6.3285 Rev.A and is dated 7/1/19.
I will have to do some research on the C++ redistributable.
Thank you.
