Product: Hp z6100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a used hp z6100 60". I. Got everything up and running. Sadly i have no clue on this. So i open the hp utility program and see my printer. The 5 green tabs say overview, color center, job center, setting, support. In the overview section i see my printer but in the supplirs status says status unavailable. In job center i click submit job and says the requested information is currently invaluable try again. So im wanting to send jobs to the printer but withput instructions im just guessing. Please help
