HP client security manager

my laptop fingerprint sensor is not working,but it have 'validity fingerprint sensor' ,and when i google, to make work the sensor it needs HP client security manager,
so where can i download this software, or how can i make it work if there is another way to solve it.

Security Manager is also the host for HP Client Security plugins, and therefore should be installed before other Client Security modules. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.

I have no idea if it will work on a business notebook that old, but you have nothing to lose by giving it a try.
