HP sure click secure view causes subscription issue for Office 365 - I have a licence from my employer, The Open University, but HP sure click secure view cannot see this when opening downloaded documents. It generates a subscription warning for Office 365 and  seems to prevent that MSWord window from showing the account details in the affected document pane. I can have other local word documents open at the same time and they show the normal account tab in the File Options view.

When looking at the files in a file explorer window there seems to be an additional property added to the downloaded documents that causes wndows to display a little blue shields with a globe in white over the normal application icon.

There appears to be  only one version of MS Office installed and that was a full install from the Office 365 links provided by the university.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get HP sureClick to acknowledge my existing subscription?

Thanks  Simon
