Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When i try to connect with corect user i have message:
wrong user name or password , that hapens to all users from Help Desk team.
Can someone give me hint.

Can you provide more detail information:
What is the version of your HPDM?
What is your DB type? PostgreSQL DB or SQL Server DB?
What is the type of user? Normal user or LDAP user?
Have you ever tried to migrate your DB before the problem occurred?
Can you provide the server log at debug level to help debug?
