HP Device Manager 4.7 SP6
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have the white papers however I'm not seeing how I can trigger the install process to "change" vs uninstall.  Whether I re-run the original 4.7 base setup or try "change" from programs and features it insists I need to remove it and presents the "Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of it's features?" dialog box.

Do I have to uninstall HPDM software completely, then reinstall and reconfigure just to migrate a database?

Thanks,

Ryan

BUMP!  Anyone have any insight or am I falling on deaf ears?  Is there another forum I can post this in?
