Product: HP SDM

I have an issue about scripting SDM execution;  the tool doesn't download some Softpaqs even if these have been defined in the command line switches.
For example I have selected some products and only SSM compliant SPs for these products. Most SP are downloaded, some not (for example SP76114 for HP EliteBook 840 G3 is not downloaded).

If I select from SDM GUI this SP, it is downloaded.


My script runs following command:


SoftPaqDownloadManager.exe /AUTOPROD /DOWNONLY /SELECTSSMCOMP /FILE mysdmcfg.sdm
