Hi,

 

My laptop keeps stucking on lock screen with Welcome message and shaky cursor in Windows 10 during unlock process. Its not present during system startup, which works flawlessly. The issue occurs when I leave the system for some time after locking the windows. Shaky cursor resolves itself when windows successfully authenticates and logs me in. However login process itself takes 3-4 minutes.

I have found that this issue is caused by HP Client Security. Currently, I have disabled BIOS password and fingerprint login and everything works normally again.  Kindly provide any solution or workaround for this.
