Palm Desktop starts in Media, can't find Address Book

HP Recommended
Palm Desktop 6.2.2

Suddenly today, my Palm desktop opened with access only to Media and Install.  The address book and contacts could not be opened.

I found a hint to open with Administrator which worked and brought back everything - date book, addresses, to do, etc.

Then I found another hint to set the properties on the Desktop exe so that it would always open as Administrator.

The only problem I have is why this happened after years of the software working normally.  I can only guess (and it might be a coincidence of timing) that today I installed HP Photo Creations on this laptop.  Otherwise, I have no answer for why Palm desktop changed behavior.

@tglovesca
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

The most common cause for this could be due to softwre driver corruption or damaged files. This can be fixed by restarting the device.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
