Portable Installer of SSM BIOS Updates

Hi, 

I am trying to create a portable installer of SSM.exe in order to install BIOS updates. 
I am trying to avoid using a UNC path, and instead place the SoftPaqs, SSM.exe etc. in one folder and just run the SSM from any computer. 

Does anyone know how this is achived? 

I have tried the following and it doesnt seem to find an availble update

SSM.exe  .  /install /accept /CurrentSetupPasswordFile:"biosPw.bin" /extended_debug /noreboot

The folder sturcture is as follows:

C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaq\SSM.exe

C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs\SSM.bin

C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs\SSM.cab

C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs\CCMCVARESULT.XML

C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs\biosPw.bin

C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs\BIOS\HPBusiness Desktop models with an L01 Family BIOS\sp80501.exe

C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs\BIOS\HPBusiness Desktop models with an L01 Family BIOS\sp80501.cva

C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs\BIOS\HPBusiness Desktop models with an L01 Family BIOS\sp80501.html

The C:\SSM folder then gets created. 

The exact messages in the debug are as follows:

Parameters: /TEMP:"C:\ssm" /SSMFS:"C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs" /SSMPATH:"C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs" . /install /accept /CurrentSetupPasswordFile:"C:\Temp\3.2.71\SoftPaqs\biosPw.bin" /extended_debug /noreboot /log:"C:\Windows\Company\Logs\Install"

Errors

•  HP Business Desktop System BIOS (L01) (SP80501.CVA): Problem encountered when launching the install command. Command line was (cmd.exe /c ""hpqflash\hpqflash.exe" -s -p"C:\ssm\PWD4EF8.tmp"") which returned (Assuming Failure (Return code = 0x103))
